- LiveWell Dorset supports people to lead healthier lifestyles by helping them to become more active, stop smoking, drink less alcohol and maintain a healthy weight. Funded by Public Health Dorset, LiveWell is a free service for adults living in Dorset. You can signpost your patients to LiveWell or you can register them online for support. Once you start a conversation with a patient about lifestyle change, we can continue it in the long term
